The 4 weeks include 12 sessions either Class Alpha for Am  (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays at 9am EST)

or Class Beta for pm (Tuesdays, Thursday at 6:30 pm EST and Saturdays 9:30 am EST).

Class sizes are limited and based on availability. Fee includes one person and all classes must be used by same person. Classes are for those in generally good health, check with your doctor if you are unsure if you are healthy enough to participate.
